When we ask God to renew us through the infusion of the Holy Spirit, that Spirit produces fruit in our life, which includes joy and happiness! It is our privilege to request this infilling daily, that our joy may be full. CSL 129.2
In the gift of the Spirit, Jesus gave us the highest good that heaven can bestow. But we must ask for Him, and be intentional in watching for both His guidance and His grace.
