In today’s busy world, it can be difficult to manage stress levels due to the varying responsibilities we face daily. Whether it’s working a mundane 9-5, taking 18 college credits, or managing a self-made business, stress is an inevitable part of our existence. But have you ever considered that a simple perspective shift can significantly reduce internal stress levels? CWe 68.2
In addition to engaging in activities that directly lower stress levels, such as practicing Pilates, taking naps, going on hikes, or exploring other relaxation options, allowing God to work on your mindset can bring peace to your soul. Discover God’s promises in Scripture; take time to meditate on and memorize them to help you cope with life’s challenges. CWe 68.3
Practice viewing setbacks as opportunities to learn and grow. Focus on the progress you can make in the future, rather than focusing on failure. It’s all about how you think and what you speak over yourself.
