Today’s society is bombarded with increased levels of stress, anxiety, and rising incidents of bullying and cyberbullying. The "Be Kind" Movement is about promoting kindness, compassion, and empathy in our interactions with others. It encourages people to intentionally spread acts of kindness and make the world a better place one small gesture at a time.
