Accepting or Rejecting Jesus: A Life-or-Death Choice — October 30 [Description]Passage Overview: John 12:44-50In these verses, Jesus cries out with urgency to the people, making a final public appeal before His crucifixion. He emphasizes that believing in Him is equal to believing in God, the One who sent Him. Jesus explains that He came as light into a dark world, not to judge, but to save. However, there is a built-in consequence for rejecting His words: those very words will judge a person on the last day. He clarifies that everything He says comes directly from the Father, and that His command leads to eternal life.In short:Jesus is God’s Light and Word in human form—accepting or rejecting Him is a life-or-death choice. 365D 303
