Drs. Lynn Wood and Siegfried Horn have established with absolute certainty the date 457 BC as the year when Artaxerxes issued his decree. With 457 BC definitely known, the other dates in the prophecy, such as AD 27, 31, 34, and 1844 are made equally sure.
