The Scriptures the Savior used were what we know as the Old Testament. Jesus referred to the complete Holy Scriptures of His day when He mentioned Luke 24:44, “In the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.” This was the threefold division of the Scriptures.
