Have you ever been starving and ended up grabbing whatever was most convenient — like chips or fast food? Well, that’s what happens when you don’t plan ahead! You’ll end up settling for the quickest choice instead of being intentional about choosing quality food options. CWe 142.2

When life gets busy, planning and prepping your meals beforehand is essential for consistent, healthy eating. An easy way to make sure you’re always prepared is to prep all your meals and snacks at the beginning of the week. Choose a day, preferably a day when personal and work responsibilities are minimal, to shop and cook your meals at home. Be sure to make a grocery list beforehand so you’re not tempted to buy junk food. Next, prepare nutritious veggies, fruits, and plant-based protein and portion them out in meal containers. For snacks, you can keep things simple — apple slices with almond butter or trail mix (without M&Ms!), for example. By prepping and planning ahead, you’ll be able to focus on God, work, school, and family obligations without the worry of satisfying a growling tummy.[178] https://www.everydayhealth.com/diet-nutrition/scientific-benefits-of-meal-prepping/ CWe 142.3
