Eating healthily can be challenging, especially if you’re allergic to certain foods or struggle with food intolerances. Although difficult, it’s still possible to maintain a balanced diet if you learn the right strategies. CWe 143.2

If you have food allergies or intolerances, be intentional with your research for safe, tasty alternatives. For example, if you’re allergic to dairy, try a dairy-free option like almond, oat, soy, or pea milk. A lot of these milk alternatives are gluten-free and come with the added benefit of extra protein! Also, make sure each time you shop, you check the ingredient labels to make sure you’re avoiding foods that will trigger your allergy. For picky eaters, don’t be so quick to dismiss all foods you think you don’t like. Try introducing new foods gradually and in different ways, like mixing veggies into smoothies or roasting veggies instead of steaming them. When it comes to food, there are always alternatives and additional options. It is possible to eat well, stay healthy, and overcome dietary challenges at the same time. Take the time to do the research and be willing to try alternatives that may be new to you![179] https://foodguides.com/blogs/from-the-experts/navigating-dietary-challenges-expert-tips-for-managing-your-health-condition CWe 143.3
