Most of us are dealing with a lot of stressful situations—financial pressure, relationship troubles, school and job worries. It seems like there’s a constant background noise of worry and unease. Social media is supposed to connect us, but often makes us feel like everyone else has their life perfectly together while we’re falling behind. And even though we’re always online, a lot of us still feel really lonely. Don’t even get me started on the news! Climate change, catastrophes, societal and government change—the world’s going to pieces, and it feels like there’s nothing we can do about it. It’s like we’re carrying around a giant pile of worries, and it just keeps getting bigger.[19] https://adventistreview.org/magazine-article/youve-got-issues/ CWe 20.2

In the face of these multifaceted anxieties, Jesus longs to be our Peace above the storm. He invites us to share these burdens with Him—financial stress, social anxieties, “am I ready to die and face eternity?” worries—in prayer and trust. He sees your heart. None of your concerns are too small to bring to Him; nothing is too great a problem for Him to solve. After all, He holds up the cosmos! And best of all, He loves you and wants you in His eternal kingdom.[20] https://www.askanadventistfriend.com/sda-health-message/reasons-not-to-worry/ CWe 20.3
