We live in a world that glorifies food and indulgence, but unlike the world, genuine Christians can find their ultimate satisfaction in Jesus, transcending any earthly delight. While food is a gift from God that’s meant to sustain us, it should not be the source of our fulfillment. CWe 111.2
Jesus declared, "I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger,"[141]John 6:35 reminding us that spiritual nourishment far outweighs physical gratification. By developing a deeper relationship with Christ, we experience a satisfaction that no worldly indulgence can ever provide.
