TO EVERY soul of mankind God has given the glorious gift of the Holy Spirit. The promise of the Father is fulfilled,—the promise that the Spirit is to be poured out upon all flesh; all flesh may see the glory of the Lord; all flesh may be saved if they will. “As many as received Him to them gave He power”—not simply to them gives He the power, but the power is given. There is nothing hypothetical, nothing conjectural.
