    NINETEENTH CASE. James M. Pool, the second time

    Mr. Pool was indicted the second time at the September term of Court in 1886, and was held under bonds of $250 for his appearance May 16, 1887. The act under which these prosecutions were conducted, was repealed before the date of trial. Pool was tried under the indictment, and fined one dollar and costs, amounting to $28.40.CGRAS 133.1
