Everyone wrestles with self-doubt sometimes, but a negative self-image goes beyond a bad day. It’s the quiet voice that constantly says, “You’re not good enough,” “You’ll never change,” or “No one really cares about you.” Over time, these thoughts will shape how you see yourself and how you believe others see you as well. As believers, we have an adversary that is constantly looking to uproot our lives through physical, mental, and spiritual turmoil. The devil is a liar and the father of lies, and his goal is to keep you from the joy, peace, and identity that God offers. When you believe you’re worthless, you’re less likely to step into the purpose God has planned for you. The Bible reminds us that we are His workmanship, handcrafted with care, purpose, and love. That doesn’t mean we’re flawless, but it does mean you were not a mistake. Yes, we’re broken by sin, but we’re also deeply wanted by a God who redeems. That’s the starting point for healing a negative self-image, not by pretending to be perfect, but by learning to see yourself through God’s eyes.[46] https://youtu.be/t4WvwwBe114?si=3zezltvc0iDy2ktc CI 48.3
