Resolved, That, in harmony with the suggestion of Brother Van Horn in his Conference address, we will raise by subscription a permanent Conference T. and M. fund of $300, to be paid on or before January 1, 1878.SITI November 15, 1877, page 352.18
Resolved, That we endorse fully the recommendation of the General Conference to pay quarterly to the T. and M. fund a sum equal to one-third of our S. R. fund, as a means of constantly replenishing our T. and M. fund.SITI November 15, 1877, page 352.19
