    “THEIR LAWYER

    “Having employed a lawyer to defend them, and contracted with him for forty-five dollars, they supposed that he at least would be a friend, and try to do something in their behalf; but not so. After the trial was over, he having made no plea in the matter whatever, gave his clients this advice:—MANA 283.4
