The second meeting of the constituency of the Washington Training School Association was called by the chairman, A. G. Daniells, May 26, at 10:30 A. M., the time to which the former meeting had adjourned. A quorum was present. It was moved by H. R. Salisbury, and seconded, that the chair appoint a committee of five, as a committee on nominations and plans, to bring in a report at the next meeting.
