    Counsel #17 — Unshakeable Faith

    Picture: Counsel #17 — Unshakeable FaithCMH 120.1

Visualize a moment that could change your entire life - being falsely accused, abandoned, or even staring into the face of danger. What would hold you together in that moment? It wouldn’t be a sudden belief or last-minute revelation. It would all depend on the depth of your roots.CMH 120.2

When challenges come, the ability to stand firm in faith will solely depend on how strong your relationship is with God. The kind of spiritual fortitude God expects His children to have can’t be developed in a moment, but is built through a consistent, intentional relationship with Him now. Think about the characters in the Bible. Daniel didn’t suddenly become brave in the lion’s den. His courage came from years of faithful prayer and devotion. David faced Goliath not as a fearless warrior, but as a young man who had seen God deliver him from lions and bears while tending sheep. Even Joseph endured betrayal, slavery, and prison, yet held fast to his integrity. Why? Because each of these men were rooted in God long before crisis came. If you seek God now, your faith will stand firm in any trial or circumstance.[129] https://bunbury.adventist.org.au/growing-in-christ/unshakable-faith/ CMH 120.3
