It’s almost mind boggling to consider, but through the Holy Spirit, God will develop your character to be the matching part of His character! In Eden, God’s glory was revealed in our creation, and His glory will also be revealed in your redemption when His image is reproduced in you.^{[42]https://www.adventistworld.org/christs-righteousness/}CSL 45.2

This transformation must occur now, not at Christ’s coming. Through Jesus’ perfectly lived life and His power, your weakened moral nature can be renewed to its Edenic state,^{[43]Before Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden, they were perfect. This is the Edenic state.} as you allow His righteousness^{[44]Righteousness is perfect holiness.} to become yours.CSL 45.3
