    Learn to say no. It's okay to decline extra commitments or side-business opportunities that drain your energy. Protect your time and mental space fiercely. Remember, you're not a machine, and self-care isn't selfish, it's essential. Go out there and crush it, but on your own terms and at your own pace.CMH 38.2

    We are called to be good stewards of our time, talents, and resources (Matthew 25:14-30). Saying "no" isn't selfishness, it's discernment—choosing how to best serve God and others with your unique gifts. And remember, rest and recharge are sacred responsibilities.
