    Worry can be impacted by stressful situations, fear, circumstances in life, and even by our genetic make-up and temperament.     Don’t hurry through your daily reading of the Bible. Take time to meditate, pray, and listen to Jesus’ voice through His Holy Book. Spend time with Him until you are refreshed by His presence and strengthened by His Spirit. Increased faith dispels worry!CMH 77.3
