    When we feel emotionally lost, Jesus is the One who can anchor us. He is the Cornerstone of our well-being, bringing new meaning and purpose to our existence. Just as a cornerstone is essential for a building to stand, Jesus is essential for our emotional well-being. He is the foundation on which we can build a strong and healthy life.CMH 12.3

    So, if you are looking for ways to improve your emotional well-being, start by making Jesus your top priority. He will lead you on the path to true happiness and fulfillment.CMH 12.4
