Creating a consistent approach across all Adventist educational institutions can be done through appropriate policies, clear guidelines, and established support systems. Adventist educators can actively engage with stakeholders, staff, and students who may feel isolated or ostracized, fostering a sense of belonging and community.CSI 74.2
