    Picture: Counsel #4 — Move That Body!CI 93.1

You might not want to be reminded about exercise. And that’s understandable. Exercise isn’t always fun, and for many, it’s the last thing on the to-do list. But it’s worth it.[90]https://www.askanadventistfriend.com/adventist-health/what-do-adventists-say-about-exercise/ And according to today’s Bible text (below), staying active is as important to your spiritual well-being as prayer!CI 93.2

Find an activity that you enjoy, whether it's running, swimming, hiking, pickle ball — or something else. Even a short walk around the block can make a big difference in your mood, energy levels, and general well-being. Exercise is vital for our physical and mental health, helping us maintain a healthy weight and reduce stress.CI 93.3

“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”
    3 John 2
    CI 93.4

“The whole body is designed for action, and unless the physical powers are kept in health by active exercise, the mental powers cannot long be used to their highest capacity.” Ellen White in Education, p. 207.2CI 93.5

Reflect: What exercise activities bring you joy and a sense of physical well-being? How can you schedule those into your daily routine?CI 93.6
