Counsel #7 — One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism

Picture: Counsel #7 — One Lord, One Faith, One BaptismCFL 33.1

God has an invisible remnant who now are part of many different religious organizations. Spoken of by the second angel of Revelation 14:7 as existing in “Babylon,” a symbol of confusion and false doctrines, the invisible members of God’s Last-day church have accepted Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and are following biblical truth to the best of their knowledge. The Loud Cry of Revelation 18:4 calls these faithful people to come out and join the visible Last-day church of God described in Revelation 12:17.[29]https://adventistreview.org/2009-1534/2009-1534-24/CFL 33.2

“There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.” Ephesians 4:4-6 NKJVCFL 33.3

“When those that ‘believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness’ (2 Thessalonians 2:12), shall be left to receive strong delusion and to believe a lie, then the light of truth will shine upon all whose hearts are open to receive it, and all the children of the Lord that remain in Babylon will heed the call: ‘Come out of her, My people.’” Ellen White in The Great Controversy, p. 390CFL 33.4
