We have established that death is a state of unconsciousness, like a wake-free sleep. But there is indeed life after death! Jesus will raise the dead who accepted Him while living and allowed Him to be Lord of their lives.CFL 9.2
In contrast with the spiritualized eternity of dualism, God ultimately recreates a material Planet Earth, with no more possibility for pain, tears, funerals, sorrow or crying (see Nahum 1:9). On this earth, we can never begin to comprehend the experience of heaven, free from death and Satan’s temptations for eternity!CFL 9.3
