When the storm of persecution breaks upon God’s faithful remnant, there will be true believers in other various faith communities who will answer the Holy Spirit’s prompting and join God’s faithful church. As the message of the third angel swells to a loud cry, many who have previously been indifferent to spiritual things will also unite with the commandment-keeping people of God. (John 10:16) The places of those “shaken out” will be immediately filled by others who have accepted the true Sabbath commandment and the message of righteousness by faith in Jesus.CFL 62.2

“The broken ranks will be filled up by those represented by Christ as coming in at the eleventh hour. There are many with whom the Spirit of God is striving.
