In the near future, the leading Protestant churches of the United States will unite under the unbiblical banner of the immortality of the soul and Sunday sacredness. The professed Protestant world will then form a confederacy with the papacy and join forces against seventh-day Sabbath keepers.CFL 39.2
To accommodate this union, the Protestant churches will propagate papal falsehoods and abandon their former “protests” against Catholic doctrine. In contrast, the Catholic church, claiming infallibility, will not change.CFL 39.3
