Your example of living and loving like Jesus is a light that shines bringing glory to God.^{[57]https://adventistreview.org/magazine-article/the-color-of-love/} Choose to encourage others as God has encouraged you (Isaiah 41:10). Being an example does not come by forcing yourself, but rather choosing to let Jesus’ light shine into your mind and heart — asking Him to abide in you. Resist the dimness of doubt and unbelief in His promises and claim by faith Jesus’ perfect life to cover your sinful one. Then you can be a light in the world, and not cast shadows of darkness into the pathways of others.CLi 64.2
