    Many people believe that once a person becomes addicted to pornography, it’s almost impossible to get them to stop thinking about sinful, inappropriate images. The truth is that God can bring healing and restoration to anyone suffering from mental strongholds by transforming their minds completely.CLi 105.2

    By filling our minds with things of God such as scripture, sermons, Bible study, and faith-based podcasts or books, we allow God to reshape thought patterns and restore healthy perspectives regarding relationships and intimacy. Meditating on God’s word daily and adopting an accountability partner helps keep the mind focused. In the healing journey, the brain begins the biological process of neuroplasticity—or the brain’s ability to generate new neural pathways.
