Picture: Counsel #4 — Going the extra mileCR 145.1

Building connections with your coworkers is easier than you might think. One simple way to make friends and show your support is by offering to help. By lending a hand to your teammates, you demonstrate that you're generous and reliable. Even if your colleagues don't need your assistance, they may appreciate your offer.CR 145.2

Small acts of kindness can go a long way. You could offer to grab something from the mailroom, hold a door open, proofread a document, or answer a question. If you have some extra time, don't hesitate to volunteer to help on larger projects. It's a great habit to offer assistance whenever you can.[138]https://refer.io/blog/articles/go-the-extra-mileCR 145.3

Remember, asking "How can I help?" is often more effective than simply asking "Can I help?" This shows that you're genuinely interested in supporting your coworkers and are willing to go the extra mile.CR 145.4

“Do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.” Hebrews 13:16 NKJVCR 145.5
