The sexual revolution of the 1960s (though seeded much earlier) challenged biblical codes of sexual behavior, promoting sexual activity outside of marriage as the norm. Now, people who uphold God’s ideal of sexual purity are seen as unusual.CR 104.2

Purity is a mindset and a commitment to be loyal to God with our minds as well as our bodies, regardless of our past choices or present temptations.CR 104.3
