    Have you decided to make some of the lifestyle changes suggested in the last six days? Your motivation might be freedom from disease, more energy and vitality, or to look better. Or perhaps you want to honor God in your body or grow spiritually. Whatever your motivation, God wants to give you power and strength to establish new habits and break addictions.CWe 151.2

    Reach out to God in prayer. Tell Him you are powerless in your own strength to change habits you may have indulged for years.
