    When we go to our health care provider for a wellness check, our doctor may screen for disease and take various measurements to make sure we are healthy and thriving.CWe 11.2

    What about spiritual wellness? How do we know if our relationship with God is thriving and growing, or shriveling and diseased?CWe 11.3

    The first test of our spiritual wellness is determined by our priorities. What do we do in our downtime, when we’re not in class or working, studying, or sleeping? Do we seek first to know God in His Word, in prayer, in service and outreach to others?
