Picture: Counsel #26 — Age More GracefullyCWe 96.1

The effects of getting older is an undesirable yet inevitable fact of life; no one is exempt from the human reality of aging. Although we can’t control when we pass away, exercising regularly and consistently can slow the biological aging process down for most people.CWe 96.2

Regular physical activity reduces cellular aging by promoting the production of antioxidants and reducing inflammation, which can damage cells over time. Cardiovascular health is also another benefit of staying active as physical activities strengthen the heart and the vessels around it, reducing the possibility of diseases such as hypertension and stroke. You can also decrease your chances of being more injury-prone when you get older by adopting more flexibility exercises into your daily schedule. No matter how you decide to stay active, the body needs regular movement to function properly.[108]https://www.allinahealth.org/healthysetgo/move/exercise-is-key-to-living-longer Trust God to guide you and to embrace the body you’re in — giving Him the glory every step of the way.CWe 96.3
