    Effectively fitting exercise into a busy, crammed day requires creativity, intention, and prioritization.     Once you’ve identified the timing aspect, the next step is to creatively arrange those time gaps to fit in physical exercise. For example, walking to get the mail instead of driving, parking farther away from your destination, or doing a few sit-ups while you watch your favorite show are ways that you can combine activities and increase physical stamina. You could even try quick, high-intensity workouts, which involve very little time for maximum effect. Overall, the best way to commit to such a drastic change is to always be prepared — keep exercise equipment like resistance bands or hand strengtheners in your car or your desk at work — and be intentional, especially on your busiest days.
